Preity Zinta in ‘Heaven on Earth’

After Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Provoked’, there will be another flick on the tale of a young battered housewife stuck up in an abusive marriage. The film titled ‘Heaven on Earth’ will have Preity Zinta playing the role of the protagonist.
The movie, from Toronto-based filmmaker Deepa Mehta, is inspired from the true tale of a Punjabi woman named Amandeep, whose disturbing story Mehta covered in her documentary ‘Let’s Talk About It’. However, the name of the character in the film has been changed to Chand. Actress Seema Biswas has also been signed to play an important role in the movie. Produced by David Hamilton (Water fame), the film will be in English and the shooting will start from November.

When we all thought that gorgeous and sultry Payal Rohtagi was out and out for denims feeling most comfortable in them, whether at home or out, the girl had some other intentions up her sleeve. Of late, the actress seems to be in a total femme fatale mode.
